Synopsis: On the steps of New York’s Natural History Museum, Owen and Laine meet Eliot Schrefer, author of Queer Ducks (and Other Animals), a book Eliot wrote to tell young gay humans that they are not alone in their Queerness. Predictably, the book faced backlash and banishment from schools and libraries. Owen and Laine then turn their binoculars across the pond to hear the story of how the Irish people rallied together to save the life of a little gay bull named Benjy.

Guests: Alex Leigh ; Eliot Schrefer – author of Queer Ducks (and Other Animals); John Carmody – founder of Animal Rights Action Now
